Not customer friendly

My son is serving our fine country deployed and verizon will not honor my son a global account. Reason we have NOT paid our account perfectly, so if I can prove myself in 6 months then maybe they will think about it.what the.....

The bill is enormous at this time so now I have to my son that is seving and protecting our fine country he can call because we cant afford under the plan we have. I didnt ask verizon to pay bill, just add a global account This company suck and I will let all the military families I know not to give verizon there business.
