refuse to credit for lost service


Two different techs gave me two different dates that my service went out, while I was out of town. Basically, they owe me five weeks of credit, but will only do it from the day I called for repair. I was out of state and couldn't schedule it until I was back. It took four days to get someone out to restore my service. They now claim they can't tell how long it was out. Seriously?? They are in the tech business. They can tell me what movies I watched but not when I didn't have service? "Support" is a joke.I got bounced back forth during my two phone calls so many times I lost track. Verizon has the worst customer service ever, even when you get to an "expeditor". I pay almost $200 monthly to these clowns, on time I might add, for phone, TV and internet, and they give me crap like this? It's borderline criminal.
