Dishonesty - Bundle Package

I signed up for Verizon 's bundle package last year for TV, internet and phone which states that the package was for two years. However, after the first year Verizon increased the rate to $10.00 more. I immediately called them and stated that a increase in the rate was not in the contract and it was binding for all parties. Verizon broke the contract and that is illegal. Therefore, because I did not receive any satisfaction form Verizon, my next step is to report them to the Attorney Generals office in my city!! Maybe all of you should do the same.
