Verizon store Poor Customer Service - Galaxy tablet


Went to the Verizon Store to return a cover I bought for my tablet , I was frustrated to find that there is not a help desk for returns, I then asked to just go find the right one and was told they were in the back ,so you just wait with the others that are buying phones even though I just have a return ?? my face said what I was thinking I am sure, he politly told me about a 15 min. wait.
I sat their for a stinking hour listing to customer reps with customers talking about their dogs and numerous other conversations while the room was filled with people waiting for help, reps would finish with someone go to the back room for EVER then mosey out pick a name etc. an hour later of watching with steam coming out of my ears I get helped in about 30 seconds I am informed you don't carry a cover for mine !!@@ absolutely RIDICULOUS I posted on FB my anger and got endless comments from people that have experienced the same service ! I had a root canal done 2 days before this and it took less time ! fix yours stores system it is awful and I will not go back !
