Verizon Unlimited AirCard NOT Unlimited - Internet Aircard

The "Unlimited" claim by Verizon is not completely true. Because I travel every week I got an Air Card from Verizon. It works great everywhere but my home so I took it back and was told there was nothing I could do. After suffering with it for 3 months and getting locked into the contract someone told me I could get an antenna for it (of Course another 40 bucks)so I did and that still didn't work. When I called Verizon they said that the reason my internet was so slow was because I had reached my limit of megabits so my connection had been slowed down by Verizon until next month. Of course the fact that I didn't know this was my fault since I didn't read the small print on the 5 page contract and there was no responsibility for the salesman to tell me. Between the salesman who know NOTHING (Circut City in Van Nuys ) to the slimy contract I will now be going with AT&T as soon as Verizon stops holding my numbers hostage.

So we ALL know that in order to get a thing done about this issue is to set an appointment with an attorney, the BBB, and the FCC. I guess the attorney first. In time, this problem will have "Class Action" written all over it. My card is slow as well. Verizon admits to a half truth in their contract, but evades the second half of the lie! The contract needs to be reviewed by a cracker jack law firm versed in breach of contract or failure to deliver as promised...something like this.

I just went over my 5 gigs three times an it never even said i went over a gigabyte i do nothing but check my coments on fb no downloading no listening to music watching videos an pictures

I used 93% of my data card in two weeks and that was not downloading or playing games---it was just ebay,facebook and email. I was told by AT&T that even email with a moving image will eat up space. I sent the card back as I had it for only two weeks.

I have never had an issue with speed just that that 5 gigs seems to go faster than it should some one needs to have a better plan...Still looking?

Don't go with AT&T. I just sent mine back for the same reason as you are unhappy with Verizon. Check out the facts and they won't give them to you!

no none of the companys have unlimited. they all have cap data limits. 4, 5 and 6 gigabytes. verizon just happens to be the most strict about it.
