Verizon Employee gives wrong information and somehow I end up having to pay for Verizon's mistake! - Verizon Fios


In Sept of 2011 I went to the Verizon wireless store and asked about the 89.99 bundle deal. The add said nothing about it having to be a land line. I told Andrew Ducello that I wanted to bundle 2 cell phones, TV and Internet. Andrew said we could and set things up for us. He gave us an invoice that showed that we had bundled these services. Fast forward to March 2012. After calling three times returning to the store twice and doing a chat with a verizon customer serivce rep. trying to find out why our bill was messed up I tried one more time on 3/19. After being tranfered several times and talking to 3 different people I was told that the information that Andre gave us was wrong and that we couldn't bundle the cell phones and the TV and internet. Since I was unable to correct the problem with billing they have cut off my service. After finally finding out the problem I though I would finally have the problem resolved. No such luck I was given yet another number to call, because the customer serive rep, named Jessica said she couldn't correct our account. Verizon's employee gave us wrong information and now we are with out service and out alot of money. I ask you is this right? Verizon gives us wrong info and we end up paying through the nose????
