VERIZON FIOS TRIPLE PLAY


Dear Sir/Madam,

On April 20, 2012 I called to the VERIZON and asked about the I switched to FIOS, because I received promotional from Verizon Updates and Renewals for my old account # 000011624934.
This promotional show Verizon Triple Play 2-years Plans Total $69.99/mo. Additional I order FIOS Russian Package with Special Off 50% off from regular price $29.99 month.
Customer Service Representative his name is Michel, he said that would match it and he gives me price for FIOS Triple Play - $69.99, Russian Package - $15.99, total $85.98 3 Boxes Free. Total with taxes ~ $96.82.
Installation was schedule on May 12, 2012 order #MD00152608816 and the conservation was actually documented%u2026
When I received estimated bill I am very disappointed with the quality and service that you have provided us it was double billed. I then called up your customer service representative (Mr. Kennedy on May 17th, 2012) he is asking send him all my paper works and give me his
FAX # 609-584-1262 on May 18th, 2012 I faxed to him 5 pages. But I did not receive any response from him.
Then I called again and your customer representative told me that I should waiting for actual bill and then call.
Finally I got my actual bill and call up (Selvin on June 22, 2012) I asking him speak to supervisor, but him refuse my request, because he has same responsibility.
Unfortunately, your service was inadequate. I am disappointed because the service was not performed correctly, I was billed wrong amount.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action to bring my account to the price which was set up originally on April 20, 2012.
Enclosed are copies of my records.
I look forward to you reply and resolution to my problem and will wait until June 29, 2012 before seeking help from the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with the Attorney General Office
