CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVE NO SERVICE


I RECD A BILL FOR 500 DOLLARS IN ERROR WHICH I DIDNT PAY AND LOST MY SERVICES WITH VERIZON . I WROTE AND CALLED AND EMAILS TO EXPLAIN I PAY EVERY BILL IN FULL BUT I DONT OWE THIS BILL. THEY THEN CHARGED ME A RE INSTATEMENT FEE AND LATE FEES. I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT PAY A BILL THAT IS NOT MINE.

WENT TO THE ESCALATIONS DEPT FOR 90 DAYS IN WHICH THEY APPOLOGIZED AND GAVE ME A FULL CREDIT. THIS LASTED 5 DAYS AND WAS REVERSED BY THE COMPANY BUT NOT ONE KNOWS WHO OR WHY. STARTED THE PROCESS AGAIN AND IT IS 60 DAYS AND I RECD FULL CREDIT AGAIN. THIS LASTER FOR 7 DAYS AND NOW I HAVE NO SERVICE AND ALL THE FEES ARE BACK ON MY ACCOUNT. WORST COMPANY ON PLANET EARTH BY FAR. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
