    My time with Verizon has been all but pleasant. Their customer service is abhorrent and their offers are as enticing as a spiked dildo.     My internet at home has not been working since Thursday 8/3, called and spoke to a rep, James who promised a new router would be delivered that Saturday 8/5 as well as his supervisor would call and follow up with me. Not only did the router not show up but I never received a follow up call either.     On August 19, 2015 I called to cancel service on 215-969-8825 because my mother passed away. The next day, I received an e-mail and boxes to my home address for returning equipment.     I have opened an online account and set up online billing and payments. For 3 months their site has changed my settings no paper bill no e bill when I get the late notice customer service can't help. Snotty!     Since the beginning, Verizon has been the WORST cable provider I have ever dealt with. It took the technician at least 4 hours to get service installed on a home that the previous residents had the same service.     Verizon Fios marketing is purposefully confusing and misleading. If you sign up for Fios be prepared to pay for hidden and undisclosed fees and charges. No one gives the order number since they can't generate one until the order goes through.   • Worst Billing Ever



    I have been with many cellphone companies in my life and none of them have mishandled my account like Verizon has. Every month I had to watch my account and read it line by line because Verizon would charge me for services that I did not even have. On Feburary 23rd of this year I had 8 lines of service with this company. Since there is a 5 line per contract max, the supervisor agreed to cancel three of the lines and waive the ETF on all three of the lines.     Just hung up after about 4 hours trying (with 4 reps) to verify pricing and technical details for FIOS "bundled" services. Each time I called I was told something different, and never were the reps interested in hearing what the last said nor the quoted pricing. Finally, after hearing too often that the "last person was wrong" I cancelled the order. I felt that i could not trust them to know what their system does, nor what the configuration or technical requirements are. More...

  • Horrible Service and Billing problem



    I have had the worst experience with Verizon and would advise anyone to use someone else. We have them for cell phone and internet, and have been lied to about the cell phone bills but the real problem comes from the internet. First time was when our internet service was down, so we called them to see why. After 2 days of being on the phone, they couldn't even find us in their system because someone put us in incorrectly.
