awful costumer service - Internet Service


I just spent 40 minutes trying to cancel my service because I moved to florida and the costumer service representative just in an very rude manner told me that the account needs to be cancelled by a supervisor and they were all busy and that I called too late because they are closing soon so they will call me tomorrow

What kind of service is that? first of all you don't know why I have to call after hours, maybe because I work

Second, don't you have enough personal to answer the calls that we have to spend 40 minutes before somebody says you are calling to late? and third how come a supervisor can speak with you because is answering other calls and you will have to wait 24 hours?
I thought the size of your company demands a better quality of costumer service
Now days time is precious and should not be so difficult to cancel a service from you that are so advance when it comes to technology
